Selling your House

When preparing to sell your home, hiring a qualified home inspector can truly be beneficial.  The perspective that a home inspector will give you on the condition of your home can be a great asset in saving you time and money and may even result in selling quicker than planned.

As a responsible homeowner, flaws or problems should be disclosed to potential buyers, or at the onset, should be fixed prior to putting your home on the market.   View your home inspection as an ideal opportunity to identify unknown problems and possible upgrades that can help with the sale of your home.  This inspection report can also be a great tool when marketing or promoting the sale of your home.

The inspection done by the seller of the home will provide buyers with information at the time of purchase of the home, which in turn can result in a quicker sale and will also provide you with peace of mind that there will be no surprises when potential home buyers request their own home inspection.

How do I prepare for an inspection?
